Menjelang akhir tahun 2009, Majalah Gadget mengadakan event yang bertajuk Gadget Award. Gadget Award kali ini mengusung tema Vintagecious, yang berarti mengenang nostalgia masa lalu. Event ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada para pelaku industri telekomunikasi dan informasi yang dinilai baik performanya selama tahun 2009.
